Each sandal has different sized, details are on product page. Make sure you adjust the size to the sandal that you want to buy.

How to Order

  • Choose your size, then Add to Cart
  • Click Checkout
  • Fill up your complete data (If your area doesn’t exist on
    our web, please contact our Customer Service)
  • Apply a voucher code (if you have some)
  • Choose payment method
  • Confirm the terms and conditions by checklist the box below.
    Click “Finish Order”
  • Make your payment according to the selected
    payment details and method.
  • Choose “Payment Confirmation” menu

How to Pay
Bank BCA

 

  • Make sure the nominal to paid is correct already (SUBTOTAL + UNIQUE CODE)
  • Make sure to fill out the payment confirmation form for a maximum of 1 × 24 hours
  • You only need to do one payment confirmation

 

Nicepay ( Virtual Account)
  • Before placing an order, make sure you choose the bank that will be use for payment
    (ex: Mandiri - Choose Mandiri virtual) because payments via virtual account cannot be transfer from a different bank
  • Check the payment expiration period at the billing payment.
  • Follow the payment instructions on the billing payment.
  • And don't forget to screenshot the billing payment.
Credit / Debit Card

 

  • Input your credit/debit card; credit/debit card number, expiration date, and security code
  • Make sure the email billing address is correct
Gopay
  • Open your Gojek app or other e-wallet.
  • Scan the QR code
  • Check your payment details, then tap the Pay button.
  • Enter your PIN.
  • Your transaction is completed.
OVO
  • The duration of payment verification is only 30 seconds.
  • Make sure you use the same phone number with your OVO account.
  • Before placing an order, make sure your balance is sufficient to make a payment.
DANA
  • Enter your DANA account phone numbe.
  • Make sure your balance is sufficient to make a payment.
Shoppepay

 

  • Please scan the available QRIS QR Code to make a payment

Kredivo
  1. To speed up the payment process, make sure you have a credit account before checking out. Account registration can be done via kredivo.com
  2. Choose the product you want, when you have finished checkout your order.
  3. Complete your data and then select Kredivo in the payment method menu. Then finish the order, you will be directed to the page
  4. After logging into the Kredivo page, choose a payment method, check your purchases, then log in with your Kredivo account. Enter your mobile number and UTP code

  6. Transaction complete.

Cicil.co
  1. Select the product you want, then click the Cicil icon. You will be directed automatically to the website cicil.co.id.
  2. On the website, select the Down Payment and the payment scheme for your installment.
  3. Complete your data.
  4. Data verification takes 2-3 business days to process.
  5. Pay the Down Payment for your installments to Cicil.
  6. After the Down Payment is received, it will be proceed to the ordering process.
  7. Your order will be sent to your address.
  8. Pay your monthly installments on schedule.

Shipping
  1. Delivery only uses the SiCepat Expedition.
  2. Regular SiCepat delivery is done 1 x 24 hours after you make the payment transaction.
  3. For BEST SiCepat delivery (1 day delivery) payment must be made before 13.00 WIB if payment is more than the specified hour, then the shipment will still be sent in the next day.
  4. We will send receipt number 1 x 24 hours after the item is successfully shipped.

Order Status

PENDING/AWAITING: The order has been received, but not yet paid
PROCESSING: The payment has been received (via OVO, NICEPAY, CREDIT CARD, GOPAY, XENDIT) and in the process of checking
OR If you purchase a pre-order item, you have to wait 5-7 working days (except holiday/days off)
COMPLETED: Your purchase is in the process of packaging and will be shipped soon

Tracking Number
  • It’s important to make sure the email you input when ordering is correct
  • We deliver packages everyday (EXCEPT SUNDAY)
  • If your order placed after 16.00 WIB, the item will be shipped the next day
  • Receipt number will be sent via email D+1 after the item has been shipped
  • If you’re not getting the receipt number on your inbox, please check in spam/promotions

Return Policy
  • Please measure your feet to our size chart before you place the order.
  • Size exchange does not apply to Séjour Collections, Accessories, Merchandise, Sale, Discontinued Products, Collaboration, and LIMITED EDITION
  • Exchange only applies if you get the wrong product/size.
  • If you get the wrong product, the exchange shipping cost will be on us.
  • The size exchange is only valid as long as the size is still available, and the shipping cost will be on you.
  • Make sure the sandals you want to exchange are clean and unused.
  • Otherwise, we have the right to cancel the exchange and send them back to you.
  • You can exchange the sandals within maximum two (2) days after you receive the sandals.
  • We will immediately send you a replacement after we have received the return.
  • If you have other questions, please contact our Customer Service.
Refund

All products are non-refundable. Make sure all information is correct before you pay!
