- Make sure the nominal to paid is correct already (SUBTOTAL + UNIQUE CODE)
- Make sure to fill out the payment confirmation form for a maximum of 1 × 24 hours

- PENDING/AWAITING: The order has been confirmed, but not yet paid.
- PROCESSING: The payment has been received (via VIRTUAL ACCOUNT, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, E-WALLET, PAYLATER, etc) is currently in the verification/checking process.
- BANK CONFIRMATION: The customer has uploaded a transfer receipt and the payment is currently in the verification/checking process.
- PAYMENT COMPLETED: Your purchase is in the process of packaging and will be shipped soon. You can check your order status right here.
- PRE-ORDER: The item that you ordered is being processed and it will take around 5-10 working days to ship.
- SHUFFLE: The item that you ordered is being crafted and it will take around 14 working days to ship.
RETURN:
- Before purchasing our sandals, please follow our size measurement guide to ensure you order the correct size.
- The exchange is only valid as long as the size is still available.
- Unless we sent you the wrong product/size, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
- You can exchange the sandals within a maximum of two (2) days after you receive them.
- Please make sure the sandals you want to exchange are clean and unused. Otherwise, we have the right to cancel the exchange and send them back to you.
- We will immediately send you the replacement after we have received the returned product.
- Unless we sent you the wrong product/size, the exchange does not apply to:
