- The size exchange is only valid as long as the size is still available, and the shipping cost will be on you.
- Please make sure the sandals you want to exchange are clean and unused.
- Otherwise, we have the right to cancel the exchange and send them back to you.
- You can exchange the sandals within maximum two (2) days after you receive the sandals.
- We will immediately send you a replacement after we have received the return.
