- The exchange is only valid as long as the size is still available.
- Unless we sent you the wrong product/size, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
- You can exchange the sandals within a maximum of two (2) days after you receive them.
- Please make sure the sandals you want to exchange are clean and unused. Otherwise, we have the right to cancel the exchange and send them back to you.
- We will immediately send you the replacement after we have received the returned product.
