1. Before purchasing our sandals, please follow our size measurement guide to ensure you order the correct size.
  2. The exchange is only valid as long as the size is still available.
  3. Unless we sent you the wrong product/size, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
  4. You can exchange the sandals within a maximum of two (2) days after you receive them.
  5. Please make sure the sandals you want to exchange are clean and unused. Otherwise, we have the right to cancel the exchange and send them back to you.
  6. We will immediately send you the replacement after we have received the returned product.
