We’re looking for a Human Capital Officer who can bring new ideas and initiatives and grow to be a key member of Hijack Sandals.

What You Will Do

Design, develop and manage the strategies – policies – procedures of Performance Appraisal which can motivate employees to work extra mile.

Design, implement and manage initiatives whose program can improves employees’ understanding of Hijack Sandals’ vision, mission, value and culture.

Conduct and lead regular review of organization structure, job analysis, and work load analysis in order to ensure alignment to business objective and productivity.

Develop and maintain organization manpower planning and job descriptions according to the agreed organization structure.

Lead and responsible to guide organizations KPI development and cascading it into individual KPI on annual basis.

Direct the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.

Consult with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.

Oversee and support HR operations and general functions.

 

What We Expect

Minimum educational background S1 in management, business management, psychology, or any related fields.

2-3 years experience as Organization Development specialist, HR Generalist, or Organization Design specialist.

Expertise in an effective organization structure, critical positions, workload analysis, competencies dictionary, job analysis, job description, KPIs and performance appraisal, wage structures & scales, career development path, and company culture.

Strong business acumen, strategy thinking, and driving changes.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and developing others.
