Responsibilities
Increase sales of the business
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
Help to plan sales campaigns
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
Develop the business sales and marketing strategy
Following industry trends locally and internationally
Drafting and reviewing contracts
Reporting on successes and areas needing improvement
Responsibilities
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proven sales track record
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency or familiarity with Business Software Tools is a plus
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
