Items that do not match the order

  1. This includes any parts with glue (insole, outsole, upper).
  2. Replacement items will be shipped after we receive the returned items.
  3. Returned items must be clean and have not been used for activities.
    We reserve the right not to process the request if the item turns out to be dirty/used.

Items with incorrect size

  1. Returns must be made within 2 (two) days after you receive the item.
  2. Returned items must be clean and unused. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item appears dirty or used.
  3. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
  4. Exchanges for a different color or model are not allowed.
  5. Size exchanges are possible only while stock lasts.

Refunds
