We are looking for an experienced Web Content Administrator to execute, monitor as well as improving our website content. The one who takes responsibility in managing the melting pot of all Hijack Sandals marketing channels.

 

In general, you need to make sure that our websites are running well and smooth while coordinating with the related teams in order to improve the performance further. Take a look at some points below to understand more about this role.

Responsibilities

Provide managing/performing website editorial activities including gathering and researching information that enhances the value of the site
.

Collaborate with web developers to create and operate internal and external web sites, or to manage projects, such as e-marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with development teams to discuss, analyze, or resolve usability issues.


Evaluate testing routines or procedures for adequacy, sufficiency, and effectiveness.


Determine sources of web page or server problems, and taking action to correct such problems


Recommend web site improvements and developing budgets to support recommendations.


Document installation or configuration procedures to allow maintenance and repetition.


Develop or document style guidelines for web site content.


Assess user feedback, effectiveness, and traffic, even exploring marketing techniques such as newsletters and SEO to draw more users into the website.


Test and debug website features, with the goal of making them error-free
.

Requirements

In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:

At least 1-2 year of experience in project management
.

Bachelor’s degree in Management or Design, or IT.

Fluency with markup and programming languages including HTML, XML, Java, and CSS.


Understand & experience in Website development, maintenance process
.

Fluency in English and bahasa Indonesia.


High creativity and curiosity; great interpersonal skills.
