RETURN:

  1. Please measure your feet to our size chart before you place the order.
  2. Size exchange does not apply to Séjour Collections, Accessories, Merchandise, Sale, Discontinued Products, Collaboration, and LIMITED EDITION.
  3. Exchange only applies if you get the wrong product/size.
  4. If you get the wrong product, the exchange shipping cost will be on us.
  5. The size exchange is only valid as long as the size is still available, and the shipping cost will be on you.
  6. Make sure the sandals you want to exchange are clean and unused. Otherwise, we have the right to cancel the exchange and send them back to you.
  7. You can exchange the sandals within maximum two (2) days after you receive the sandals.
  8. We will immediately send you a replacement after we have received the return.
  9. If you have other questions, please contact our Customer Service.
